Taking preregistration while we measure the clay studio for maximum occupancy with social distancing.
Facial covering, closed toe shoes, and sack lunches required.
Kids will need two masks per day, one to start the day, and a clean one for after eating. [Please only register if your child can stand wearing a mask for the times we’re not eating lunch. Most of the staff at Valley Art is in the higher risk category, and classes can only proceed in this space by voluntarily wearing masks]
Open to kids ages 7+ Sack lunch and closed toe shoes required.
1/2 hour break for lunch in the main air conditioned classroom at Noon.
$30 each
Hand builders for the day will start learning proper building techniques for the fox project. Kids with previous wheel experience may choose an available wheel instead. We’ll break for lunch, then return for texturing and colorants, then clean up. Clay, glazes, and firing fees included in price. Pieces available after two firings, usually within three weeks.

If you’re not sure how receptive your child is to art class, please only sign up for a single as refunds are not available. If the child enjoys the class, you will be offered a prorated option to add the rest of any sessions that were advertised at a discounted rate.
