Create art in the comfort of your space!
You-Host Art Party is our take on the ever-popular paint and wine parties going around, except you don't have to drink wine because our parties don't beverage discriminate ;)
Invite your friends and family, host(ess) chooses the project from a list of popular options. You-Host Art Party per-person price includes all supplies and equipment, and we also provide aprons or paint shirts. It is still sensible to ask your guests to wear clothing that can handle a few accidental daubs of color. Minimum number of participants required, see below for details.
Currently available in Forest Grove, Banks, Gaston area, North Plains, McMinnville and Gales Creek. We're working on licensing with surrounding cities, so please email if your city isn't listed and you'd like us to try to expedite the process.
If you are a licensed business in a nearby city that wants to bring in Artingales, you may be able to under your own license.
Kid's Parties (ages 5-12) $15 ea.
FOR KIDS: Specify your 2-hour block during registration.
Minimum 5 participants, non-refundable $75 deposit holds kids party and covers 5 guests plus frame/display for birthday child / honored guest.
Payment for additional children at $15 ea. required day of party with credit card or using our payment link.
May reschedule once with 7 days notice.
Please also specify approx. age range for kids during registration.
We bring all of the kid grade materials required for each guest to make a work of art, you provide adequate tables/seating.
Clay parties may be available at Valley Art in Forest Grove, usually on Fridays or daytime weekdays. $20 per child, 2.5 hours, all materials and firing included.

Teen & Pre Parties (ages 11-15) $25 ea.
FOR TEENS 13-15 Specify your 2 to 3-hour block for teen party during registration.
Minimum 4 participants, non-refundable $100 deposit holds teen party and covers four attendees.
Payment for additional guests at $25 ea. required day prior to party using our payment link. There will be some flexibility to add a person and swipe a card the day of if supplies are available, however this will delay start time.
May reschedule once with 7 days notice.
We bring all of the materials required for each teen guest to make a work of art, you provide adequate tables/seating. Paintings will be on 11x14 sized canvas.

FOR ADULTS 16+ Specify up to 3-hour block for adult party during registration.
Minimum 4 participants, non-refundable $120 deposit holds adult (16+) party and covers four attendees.
Payment for additional guests at $30 ea. required day prior to party using our payment link. There will be some flexibility to add a person and swipe a card the day of if supplies are available, however this will delay start time.
May reschedule once with 7 days notice.
We bring all of the materials required for each adult (16+) guest to make a work of art, you provide adequate tables/seating. Paintings will be on 11x14 or 16x20 stretched canvas. Fully paid registrations guarantee supplies on hand.

Why are there different prices for You-Host parties?
The fee listed for You-Host parties is one of three per person charges, however the minimum deposit to hold a party is based on the type of party. Choose the correct deposit amount for your party type from the Square store to ensure proper reservation. Deposits and minimum attendees apply regardless of fee listed.
